As a Latina woman born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Maria Ochoa, aspires to make her parents proud. At the age of 3, her family immigrated to Los Angeles, CA, in hopes of providing their family quality of life. Maria, was fortunate to meet great teachers, spiritual leaders, and mentors who described her, and her eleven siblings, as gifted with leadership qualities. These individuals invested time, money and love into the family. Maria’s career in Real Estate Property Management began14 years ago. Her objectives were to help underserved families, mentor as a way to give back, serve minority groups, and be of service to others. Starting her own Notary business will allow her to continue the work she is passionate about, helping other woman build businesses, mentoring, and assisting first-time home buyers through a stressful, yet rewarding home ownership process.
